📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Up in the Ranks. Women’s tennis players Xin Tong Wang and Giorgia Roselli were ranked in doubles by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. The duo finished the fall season at No. 24. This is up seven spots from their preseason ranking of No. 31. The women went 10-5 in the fall and won the American Conference Doubles Championship.

🔼 Transfer Status. The softball team wrapped up fall practices earlier this month after playing eight scrimmages. Ausha Moore transferred to Wichita State after a coaching change at North Texas. After this fall, coach Kristi Bredbenner considers Moore a middle-of-the-order hitter and WSU’s most consistent defender at third base. Learn more about her performance here.

🔼 Mark the Calendar! The track and field indoor schedule is here! The Shockers will have three home meets (highlighted in yellow).

🔼 Progress. Baseball player Nolan Ganter is a junior first baseman from Arizona. When fall practices wrapped up earlier this month, Ganter was the name everyone mentioned. He hit .322 with 11 home runs and 14 doubles last spring at a community college. See what stood out about him this fall here.
🔼 FYI. The Shocker Athletics Ticket Office is closed. It will reopen on Monday, Dec. 1, at 9am. Ticket purchases can still be made online.
🔼 Nail-Biter. The men’s basketball team opened the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament with a tight game against Saint Mary’s. The Shockers fell 70-65 in the quarterfinal game on Wednesday night. Five Shockers were in double figures, with Kenyon Giles and TJ Williams leading the team with 15 points each. The men will play Colorado State today at 7 p.m.
