🔼 Moving On! The men’s basketball team beat Oklahoma State 96-70 on Sunday in the NIT second round. The Shockers will advance to the semifinal game against Tulsa on Tuesday. Kenyon Giles led the team with 28 points. Karon Boyd and Michael Gray Jr. each had 13 points. The men shot 49.3% from the field and 53.8% from deep.
*Shocker fans interested in making the trip down to Tulsa for the game are encouraged to purchase tickets through the Tulsa Athletics Ticket Office in section 106 when they become available at 9am today.*
📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Series Win! The softball team started its weekend with a 3-2 win against Florida Atlantic. Trinity Allen hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the seventh inning to secure the win. The women went on to win game two 10-8 in nine innings. Mackenzie Rooney clinched the win after she hit a walk-off two-run home run in the bottom of the ninth. The women fell in the final game of the series, 2-1.

🔼 On the Diamond. The baseball team opened its series against Charlotte with an 8-3 win on Friday. The men fell in game two 19-6. The men bounced back to win the series with a 7-2 victory on Sunday. Ethan Gonzalez and Jacob Gutierrez each had two hits. Johnny Nuanez earned the win on the mound and has a 3-0 record this season.

🔼 Wrapped Up. The women’s golf team completed the MoutainView Collegiate. WSU finished in 16th place with a score of 918 (+54). Mackenzie Wilson led the team with an individual score of 226 (+10). She tied for 60th individually.
