Good morning! Wichita State welcomes AAC preseason favorite, the South Florida Bulls, to The Roundhouse tonight at 6 p.m. CT for the first time since January 2023.

Wichita State has entered year two of the Terry Nooner era, and the Shockers return their leading scorer from conference play, sophomore guard Salese Blow. With nine newcomers on the team, the Shockers return just 37.6 percent of their scoring.
Blow and redshirt-junior forward Jayla Murray have been the 1-2 punch for the Shockers, leading the team with just over 12 points apiece per game.

🔼 Baller Blip. South Florida led from start to finish in a resounding 91-72 win in Wichita State's American Athletic Conference home opener Monday night in Charles Koch Arena.

Xavier Bell scored a team-high 19 points, extending his double figure scoring streak to seven in a row. He was 5-for-9 from the field and 8-for-8 from the free throw line. Corey Washington recorded his third double-double of the season behind 15 points and 11 rebounds. He also added a career-high five steals and a pair of blocks.

🔼 The Eternal Tennis Vs. Pickleball Debate Answered? The Wichita State men's and women's teams are set to host a tennis and pickleball clinic on January 10 at Wichita Country Club from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
 
The cost for the event is $100 per person, with the cost including participation in both tennis and/or pickleball clinics, as well as food and drink for the event. All proceeds generated from the event will benefit the Wichita State men's and women's tennis teams and the 2025 Wichita Tennis Open.
