🎾 A doubles championship
🍂 Fall slate
🌾 And much, much more!
🌾 ONE BIG THING

Congratulations are in order for Wichita State women’s tennis’ Xin Tong Wang and Giorgia Roselli who won the 2025 American Conference Doubles Championship yesterday afternoon! The shockers beat Charlotte’s Ni Xi and Sara Suchankova in straight sets to claim the title, giving the Shockers the opportunity to represent the American Conference in doubles at the 2025 ITA Conference Masters Championship in San Diego next month.
📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Season Begins. The first of 18 home games for Wichita State Women’s Basketball is this Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 6 p.m. versus Newman. Be sure to lock in your season tickets ahead of Wednesday's matchup for as little as $50!

🔼 Strike! Wichita State bowling defeated seven top-20 ranked teams and rattled off eight consecutive wins on their way to a runner-up finish at Destination Orlando, the first regular season tournament of the season. Aleesha Oden and Sara Duque Jimenez both landed on the All-Tournament team. The Shockers will head to Houston for the Track Kat Klash that gets underway on Halloween.

🔼 Right Spot. Brooklyn Leggett was in the right place for Wichita State volleyball as the Shockers took down Tulane on Friday night. Her 20 kills carried the WSU attack in a match that head coach Chris Lamb found “frustrating” even as the Shockers posted the 3-1 win. Here’s why Leggett was such a difference-maker for her team.

🔼 Hold Serve. Wichita State men’s tennis’ Alejandro Jacome and Ilias Worthington had great runs through the American Conference Individual Championships. Jacome and Worthington became the second Shocker doubles pair to reach the tournament's semifinals, while Jacome now boasts the farthest run by a Shocker in singles by appearing in the semis.

🔼 Fall Slate. Wichita State softball has had several fall schedule changes as a result of inclement weather in the forecast. Originally slated for Saturday, Oct. 25, the Shockers will now take on Murray State College on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 2 p.m., and the exhibition game vs. Butler Community College will now take place on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 6 p.m. The Oct. 29 and Nov. 6 scrimmages have not been adjusted. Full details here.
