📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Staking Claim. The battle for Kansas is on! Shocker men’s hoops will head to Kansas City to take on K-State and KU at the T-Mobile Center to decide which team will reign supreme in the state. On Dec. 21st, the Shockers will take on the Wildcats, and on Dec. 30th, the boys will face off against the Jayhawks for the last non-conference game of the regular season.

🔼 Honor Roll Call. After back-to-back wins against Tulsa last weekend, a pair of Shockers were named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll. Gabi Maas earned the nod with her stellar defensive effort, grinding out 5.71 digs per set so far this season. Setter Izzi Strand earned the second of the Shockers’ two selections with nearly 12 assists per set and 11 kills on the year.

Holding steady in second place in the AAC West standings, Gabi, Izzi and the rest of Shocker volleyball will look to continue their roll of wins against Florida Atlantic and Memphis this weekend.

🔼 Fall Finish. Shocker women’s tennis concluded its fall season at the Diamante Intercollegiate with a team score of 15-over par, good enough for an 11th place finish. Mackenzie Wilson finished as the low Shocker of the tournament with a solid 4-under par showing, tying for 12th place when all was said and done.

The team will head back into a short offseason this winter before picking back up on Feb. 23 at the Rio Verde Invitational for the Shockers’ return.
