Friday’s match will feature the first time Wichita State and Florida Atlantic have gone up against each other since the Owls joined the AAC. FAU comes in at 5-5 in conference play this season and currently sits in third in the conference’s East division. Saturday, the Shockers will play the Tigers where the Black and Gold hold a 9-4 all-time advantage.

🌾 ONE BIG THING

Shocker cross country is ready to run at the AAC Championships with action set to begin Saturday morning for a shot at the title. The men’s team will compete in the 8K while the women will race in the 6K event.

Expectations are high for runner Lucy Ndungu who is looking to become the Shocker women’s fifth individual title winner in seven years. As for the men, the team is looking to have four of its runners place in the top-15 individually, a mark they have achieved in the previous two seasons.
