Wichita State Athletics boasts an 89% graduation success rate for student-athletes! Five different programs achieved a perfect 100 percent, including women’s tennis, men’s golf, softball, and men’s tennis.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Tourney Time. Wichita State volleyball is off to the American Conference Championship! The tournament gets underway today and runs through Sunday in Tampa, Florida. The Shockers are the tourney’s fifth seed and are slated to square off against fourth-seeded North Texas today at 12:30 p.m. CT. The match will be streamed live on ESPN+.

🔼 All-Conference. Brooklyn Leggett and Sydney Dunning landed on the American All-Conference team, with Leggett on the first team and Dunning on the second. Leggett averaged 3.53 kills per set, while hitting .287 in conference matches. Dunning averaged 3.56 kills per set and hit .210 in American matches on the season.

🔼 Mark Your Calendars. Wichita State softball’s schedule is set for the 2026 campaign! The Shockers will face one of the most difficult schedules in the nation. This year’s team features 14 newcomers, including five freshmen and nine transfer players. Check out the full slate here.

🔼 The Hard Way. Wichita State volleyball’s Katie Galligan knows the Shockers littles — the defensive specialists — can often be last on the list for praise. It’s why the littles find a pair of swim goggles so important for everything they do. The goggles, and what they symbolize, mean so much to the Shockers.

🔼 Ten Pins. The fifth-ranked Wichita State women’s bowling team is set to wrap up its fall schedule at the Colonial Lanes Classic in Louisiana today. The tournament runs through Sunday and features eight of the top nine teams in the country; the Shockers are slated to battle four of them during Saturday’s traditional matches. Full preview here.

🔼 Welcome Home. Wichita State baseball announced Jason Foster will join the program’s coaching staff, serving as the team’s Pitching Strategist and Director of Analytics. Foster spent the last four years as a coach at Tread Athletics, a sports performance organization in North Carolina. As a player, Foster made three NCAA regional appearances, playing for both Wright State and Iowa.
