Head coach Paul Mills wanted three games under his team’s belt before heading off to the Myrtle Beach Invitational, and thanks to Friends’ willingness to play on short rest, Mills got his wish. Now, with a larger body of work to help make decisions, the Shockers have a couple of more answers on what type of team they can be and how to get the job done.

🔼 Spring Scheduling. The spring schedules for both Shocker men’s and women’s tennis have been unveiled as each program heads into the offseason. February and March will be a busy couple of months for these programs with much of the in-conference competition taking place then.

🔼 More Additions. Many of Wichita State’s athletic programs keep on growing following National Signing Day. Check out the new additions that will be joining Shocker programs soon including track and field, volleyball and baseball.

Since becoming Wichita State Athletics’ 16th sport, the program has joined on as a member of Conference USA thanks to a unanimous affirmation from the conference’s Board of Directors. Beginning in the 2024-25 season, Shocker women’s bowling will join nine other schools in the C-USA.
