📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Big Win. Wichita State men’s hoops picked up a dominant win over Eastern Kentucky on Sunday afternoon to get to 8-5 on the season. The Shockers got 22 points from Karon Boyd, 14 from Will Berg, and 11 from Brian Amuneke en route to the victory. Berg tallied 12 boards for the double-double. The Shockers will be back at it on New Year’s Eve to talk on UAB on the road at 3 p.m. on ESPN2/ESPNU.

🔼 Wrapping Non-Conference. Wichita State women’s basketball dropped a heartbreaker on Saturday afternoon, as Middle Tennessee got the edge, 46-45. The Shockers battled to erase multiple deficits as Jaila Harding led the way with 11 points for Wichita State. Wichita State will open conference play on Dec. 30 against Tulsa.
