📈 STOCK UP
🔼 Four Hundred and a Win. Thanks to strong first and fourth quarter production, the Shockers blew out the Saint Louis Billikens (let us know if you know what that is, still trying to figure it out) for the program’s 400th win at Charles Koch Arena.
Despite being down two starters, the Shockers took care of business behind Tre’Zure Jobe’s 24 point, three assist, three steal performance. Three other Shockers finished in the double-digits, and Jeniah Thompson came in clutch on the boards with a team-high 15 rebounds on the night.
🗣️ "We wanted to get back to our identity, which has been a great defensive team that's disruptive and plays hard. We scrapped and fought, and we're excited about the win. We're excited about the rebounding, and our girls were special tonight." - head coach Terry Nooner
The Shockers will now continue their stretch at the CKA with a game against Houston Christian this evening at 6 p.m.
🔼 Trial By Tigers. After facing a tough team in a tough environment on the road, the Shockers fell just short against Missouri in an 82-72 loss. Colby Rogers scored a team-high 17 points for the Black and Yellow while Harlond Beverly recorded his first double-double of the season with 12 points and a career-high 17 rebounds.
Next up, the Shockers will head downtown to INTRUST Bank Arena on Saturday to face South Dakota State.
🤔 SHOCKER TRIVIA
Big games = big crowds. Shocker men’s basketball is off to a hot start, and luckily for all of Shocker Nation, there’s still many more big games to be played this season.
Our question today—do you know who the opponent was for the largest crowd in Charles Koch Arena history?

🌾 ONE BIG THING
The Shockers once again came out on top in the NIVC at the Charles Koch Arena in a round two win over Tulsa—the 10th consecutive win against the Golden Hurricane in all contests. Sophia Rohling led the offense with a team-high 15 kills in the match while the team as a whole kept a clean match with just 14 errors compared to Tulsa’s 27 errors.
The Great Eight matchup will once again take place on the Shockers’ home court at the CKA, and the team will now get ready to face off against Drake. The match will start at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday night.
