Shocker Brew: 2/26: X Marks the Winning Spot
For the second straight week, Wichita State has the AAC Player of the Week after Xavier Bell earned the honor.
Good morning, Shocker Nation! Once again, Wichita State has the AAC Player of the Week after Xavier Bell earned the honor.
WSU hadn't had a conference player of the week since 2021, but put Bell put an end to that drought with a Shocker taking home the award for a second straight week.
Bell recorded a pair of 20-point outings during WSU's 2-0 week with wins over Florida Atlantic and Tulane. He averaged 23.5 points and was nearly perfect at the free throw line. Bell has a team-high seven 20-point games this season, and is averaging 16.5 points per game in conference play, good for 8th in the league.

Also, don’t forget about this deal for tomorrow’s MBB game against UAB! 👇🏼
