🔼 Road Win. Wichita State men’s basketball picked up a big road win over Tulane, 75-61. The Shockers were led by 19 points from Dillon Battie and 18 points from Karon Boyd in the win. Boyd added 11 boards for the double-double in the effort. 10 different Shockers scored in the victory. The squad will be back on the court on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. to host South Florida. 🔼 Shut Out. Wichita State softball edged New Mexico 1-0 on Sunday at the Getterman Classic behind Ava Sliger's first career solo complete-game shutout. The sophomore allowed just one hit, a first-inning single, while walking one and striking out two over seven dominant innings. Ausha Moore broke the scoreless tie in the fifth with an RBI single that plated Jodie Epperson, providing all the offense the Shockers (2-3) would need against the Lobos (1-3).

🔼 Home Cooking. Wichita State men’s tennis picked up a dominating 6-1 home win over UTSA on Sunday afternoon! Next up for the Shockers is a Feb. 13-14 trip to Idaho to take on Boise State and Denver.

🔼 Comeback Winner. Vichitraporn Vimuktananda rallied from a 3-0 third-set deficit to clinch Wichita State's 4-3 win over Kansas on Sunday at the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex. The senior held off a late comeback after leading 5-3 and converted her second match point for a 6-1, 2-6, 7-5 victory, giving the Shockers (7-3) their fifth straight win and first over the Jayhawks since 2021. After Kansas took the lead 3-2, Theodora Chantava's 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 3 knotted the match at 3-3, setting up Vimuktananda's heroics.
