Good morning, Shocker Nation! Mauricio Millan lined a walk-off single with two outs in the bottom of the ninth as Wichita State completed a three-game sweep over Missouri State with a wild 9-8 win on Sunday afternoon at Eck Stadium.

It was a game of momentum swings, as the Shockers (6-9) took a 4-0 lead after one inning, allowed seven unanswered runs, rallied to take the lead again, and allowed a game-tying homer in the ninth before finally walking it off in the home half of the inning.

Whole Lotta Hoopla. Wichita State WBB's Jayla Murray was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Conference Second Team.
 
Murray averaged 12.5 points and 5.4 rebounds for the Shockers and ranks second in the AAC in field goal percentage, ending the regular season shooting 49.7 percent and making the sixth-most total field goals in the league with 166.

🔼 Unfortunate Senior Day Skid. Tulsa played the role of spoiler on Senior Day, downing Wichita State, 73-63, on Sunday in the regular season finale inside Charles Koch Arena.

Wichita State (18-13, 8-10) hadn't lost on Senior Day since 2018 and hadn't lost to Tulsa at home since 2001. Both streaks came to an end on a day when Tulsa led for 31 of the 40 minutes.

🔼 Owl Be Darned. Wichita State was blanked in the series finale of its conference-opening series by the No. 24 Florida Atlantic Owls, 5-0, on Sunday afternoon at FAU Softball Stadium.
 
The Sunday loss marked the first time the Shockers (10-12) have been swept in a series by a conference opponent since 2015.
