๐ผ Left it All On the Court. The fifth-seeded No. 58 Wichita State women's tennis team lost in heartbreaking fashion, 4-3, to the fourth-seeded No. 52 Tulsa Golden Hurricane on Friday afternoon at Leftwich Tennis Center.
The loss for the Shockers ends their season with a record of 13-10. Tulsa (18-7) advances to the AAC Semifinals to face No. 27 and top seed Florida Atlantic on Saturday.
"A tough result for us to swallow because we obviously had chances, but credit Tulsa for playing just a hair better in crucial moments," head coach Colin Foster said. "The loss today doesn't take anything away from what we accomplished this year."
