๐Ÿ”ผ And Thatโ€™s Final. Wichita State head women's basketball coach Terry Nooner finalized the 2024-25 roster with the additions of Fiona Diomande and Aicha Ndour.

๐Ÿ€ Diomande, a native of Paris, France, will join the team as one of only two true freshmen. The guard played in the Ligue Feminine 2 for the Chartres Basket Freminin who were crowned 2023-24 national champions.

๐Ÿ€ Ndour is joining the Shockers after spending two seasons with Illinois. The 6-foor-6 center represented the Senegal National Team during its silver medal run in the 2023 FIBA AfroBasket.

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ "Our staff made a concerted effort to improve our overall athleticism, toughness, scrappiness, and tenacity at every position. We believe we have a deep roster and are excited to play a faster, more aggressive style of offense and defense." - Terry Nooner

๐Ÿ”ผ Off The Field. Following a runner-up finish in the AAC Championship, five Shocker baseball players were named to the CSC Academic All-District Team. Favors (3.75 GPA), Millan (3.96 GPA), Rogers (3.68 GPA) and Williams (3.76 GPA) are all sports management majors.
