Shocker Brew: 8/18: MBB + Familiar Foes = Bring It

Wichita State head men's basketball coach Paul Mills announced the team's completed 2025-26 non-conference schedule.

Good morning, Shocker Nation. Wichita State head men's basketball coach Paul Mills announced the team's completed 2025-26 non-conference schedule.

The non-conference slate features eight home games, two true road contests and the highly anticipated Thanksgiving MTE, Battle 4 Atlantis.

Wichita State officially opens the regular season on Nov. 4 at home vs. UNC Asheville. The Shockers then host Prairie View A&M on Nov. 8 and Loyola on Nov. 13 before making their first road trip of the season, heading northwest to Boise State on Nov. 18.

We also talk about the team's boot camp this summer and the versatility at the power forward position for the Shockers. He describes how Jaila Harding, the latest Wichitan to join his team, will help the Shockers and why teammates enjoy playing with guard Taya Davis.
