Good morning! We’ve got spirit, yes we do! We got spirit, and we have the awards to prove it. The Shocker dance team brought home the first place championship of DI Team Performance earlier this week showing that our squad knows a think or two when it comes to spirit.

🔼 Welcoming Wong. It’s time to welcome yet another member to the Shocker softball team. Grand Canyon transfer CC Wong will join WSU for her final season of eligibility.

🗣️ “CC has a gravitating personality and hits for power from the left side. You couldn’t ask for a better fit as a transfer into our program.” - Head coach Kristi Bredbenner

In 45 games last season, Wong had a batting average of .290 and tacked on seven RBIs. Before that, she was named the 2022 NJCAA DI Co-Player of the Year after leading the nation with a .580 batting average and 27 home runs.

🔼 Run It Back. The future is looking bright for the women’s track and field program. 86% of the outdoor conference scoring from last season will return to make another run at a championship this season.

🔼 Nothing New. His time in the major leagues won’t be short lived with performances like this. Former Shocker Brock Rodden put on a show earlier this week in the Mariners’ minor league system with a three-hit game.

Shocker men’s basketball has completed their short 20-hour trip and have officially landed in Greece.
