🔼 Series Set. Wichita State and VCU have agreed to a future home-and-home, with the Shockers heading to the Siegel Center in Richmond in 2027 and the Rams making the return trip to Charles Koch Arena in 2028. Dates have yet to be announced. The two programs last met in December 2019, when Wichita State took a 73-63 win at home. VCU is coming off a 28-8 season that included an Atlantic 10 title and a run to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

🔼 Single W. Wichita State men’s tennis Pablo Roche Alcaya picked up a straight-set singles win at the ITA All-American Championships in the pre-qualifiying consolation round on Sunday morning, defeating Cleveland State’s Nico Jamison, 7-5, 6-4.

🔼 Garage Sale. Wichita State's annual garage sale is this Saturday, Sept. 26 from 8-11 a.m. inside the Aetna Multi-Purpose Facility; jerseys, uniforms, shoes (big sizes included), apparel, bags, coolers, and equipment, all first-come, first-served, so get there early.

🔼 Conference Play Awaits. Wichita State wrapped up its non-conference slate Saturday in Cedar Falls, where a thrilling second set went the Shockers' way on back-to-back kills from Jenna Cubbage and Olivia Cohee before Northern Iowa took the match in four. Four Shockers finished in double figures, led by Cubbage with 13 kills, and Gabi Maas anchored the back row with a season-high 18 digs. Freshman Addie Oeth ran the offense to 24 assists. The slate resets now; Wichita State opens American Conference play at home against Memphis on Friday in Charles Koch Arena.
